Second investment in the Chilean Web 2.0 within a week. The other day we saw an investment of 500.000 dollars in Needish and now we have this more modest but also interesting investment of 80.000 dollars in Meeting.
This investment comes from Corfo, the state organization responsible for the promotion of national developmental activity in Chile.
Meeting is a service that provides virtual rooms for meetings, mainly targetting the world of education and business.

Looks like venture capital has liked the way Needish wants to revolutionize the classified advertisements sector. When we talked about it in October, I didn’t know that Wenceslao Casares, Alejandro Simonetti and Cristian Morales had already invested in the project, something that gives it important know-how of the internet business.
Now Needish receives 500.000 dollars of investment which makes it one of the Chilean Web 2.0 projects with the highest amount invested and also one of the most talked about projects lately.
It’s interesting to see how the site already accounts for 3 thousand users who are utilizing this system of reverse classifieds, where users publish their needs and other people or companies offer to satisfy those needs.
